Please review your 1099 tax reporting form. You should have a checkmark in
box 2b. There are a few retirees that do not have the checkbox on the 1099s
that were first mailed out. If you do not have a checkmark in box 2b, you will be
receiving an updated 1099R form from USBank. The corrected forms were
mailed on Thursday, February 18, 2021.
